Weigh and measure ingredients
Set oven temperatures and monitor/modify as needed
Decorate product to customer specifications or bakery standards
Packaging finished products for display and sale while following food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with orders and answering product questions
Follow recipes accurately for consistent quality
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflow
Use the Point of Sale system as needed
Prepare and fulfill shipping orders as needed
Clean and sanitize prep areas, workstations, and equipment using a triple-sink process
Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
Comply with health and safety guidelines and company policies including the U.S. Food Code, dress code, and hygiene standards
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Previous food prep experience required
Baking experience not required but is a plus
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Flexibility for various shifts including very early mornings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands

Confident and communicative
High attention to detail
Able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
Able to stand, bend, stretch, and squat for a whole shift and lift up to 30 lbs
Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Diligent, organized, and self-motivated
Able to understand and carry out oral and written instruction and request clarification when needed
Able to operate kitchen machinery and automation
Reasonably comfortable with new technology
Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
