Bakery Assistant

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).

About the role

We are looking for friendly and super positive part-time Frosters to bring joy to guests with cake! This is a fast-paced environment with perfect hours for a balanced work schedule. We are closed on major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Frost all cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes standards
• Maintain par levels of cakes for walk-in guests
• Keep up with pre-ordered and waiting cakes
• Make frosting if needed
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task while paying special attention to detail
• Must work every other Saturday and Sunday
• Morning availability (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) is a plus

Qualifications

While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery environment is a plus.

Pay

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Part-time: 20-25 hours per week
• Monday-Sunday (must work every other Saturday and Sunday)
• Bakery hours: Monday-Wednesday: 10 AM - 7 PM, Thursday-Saturday: 9 AM - 7 PM, Sunday: 11 AM - 4 PM
