About the role

Paris Baguette's first café in Reno is set to open soon, and we're seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and eager individuals to join our team as Bakers or Cake Decorators.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes and pastries according to recipes and customer orders.
• Handle inventory and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and bakery areas.
• Assist in managing the café's front-of-house operations during peak hours.
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to the café's success at the grand opening.

Requirements

• Experience as a Baker or Cake Decorator.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and food handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in baking and decorating techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for managing schedules and inventory.

Schedule
