Position overview

If you love to bake, this is the job for you! This is a multi-dimensional position that includes prepping for retail and wholesale, packaging, making doughs and batters, and a lot of the general pastry work that true pastry gurus love: tarts, cakes, and other glorious baked things that make people happy!

Responsibilities

• Skillfully produce a range of baked goods (including cookies/cookie doughs, muffins/muffin batters, scones, savory breakfast options, quick breads, bars and brownies).
• Finish/garnish tarts, cakes, custards, and cream puffs.
• Pack bakery items for retail and merchandise the bakery service case.
• Assist in large scale holiday production, including pie doughs, pies, and seasonal menu items.
• Complete custom cake and cupcake orders.
• Follow all Healthy Living recipes exactly as written and maintain consistent quality products to HL standards.
• Be team-oriented and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Professional baking experience preferred; motivated candidates willing to train will also be considered.

Full-time or part-time hours available.

Pay

$17.00–$18.46 per hour (previous experience taken into consideration). This is a tipped position. Base pay is $17.00–$18.46 per hour, plus tips.
