Baker - Ocean Prime Nashville

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Baker to join our team in Nashville. The role is focused on creating “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities we serve by preparing high-quality pantry items (fillings, tarts, cakes, pies, breads, etc.) while maintaining a sanitary workstation and contributing to the restaurant’s profitability.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as scheduled, wearing a clean and compliant uniform.
• Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts.
• Prepare all food items according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards to ensure a superior dining experience for guests.
• Follow proper food safety techniques, including personal hygiene, hand washing, glove use, and knife skills.
• Know and follow emergency procedures for the restaurant.
• Maintain the highest degree of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift; report any unsafe conditions, acts, accidents, or injuries immediately.
