BAKER (FULL TIME)
About the role
Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring immediately for a full-time BAKER position at Quartz & Honey - 600 Museum Way, Bentonville, AR 72712. Online applications are accepted only. Responsibilities
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to recipes and production specifications.
- Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
- Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards, and using proper equipment.
- Complete production records, including waste tracking, used/unused portions, and product shortages, and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils within the work area.
- Handle foods items appropriately and with all safety regulations in mind during preparation and service.
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris.
- Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly and customer-service-oriented manner.
- Relay relevant concerns from customers directly to supervisors.
- Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Check to ensure that all food is presented, served, and displayed per standards.
- Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, ensuring corporate and OSHA safety standards are followed.
- Perform shift work as assigned in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous baking experience is preferred.

Pay
Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.
