BAKER (FULL TIME)

About the role

Full-time baker position at Porsche – 1 Porsche Drive, Atlanta, GA 30354. Prior professional baking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per provided production and catering sheets; assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards and using proper equipment.
• Assist with completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area.
• Handle food items safely during preparation and service; clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area.
• Keep display equipment clean and free of debris; ensure food is presented, served and displayed per standards.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment, ensuring corporate and OSHA safety standards are met.
• Complete shift work as assigned in accordance with department standards.

Pay

Fixed pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
