About the role

The primary focus of this position is to assist the Bakery Department with production.

Responsibilities

• Perform bakery production including thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying products
• Maintain proper production levels while following production guidelines
• Assist with inventory receiving duties
• Order frozen and dry product
• Organize freezers and coolers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail/bakery experience preferred
