Join the fast‑paced world of Dunkin! The Baker/Cook prepares and cooks products according to Dunkin' Brands specifications, handles product labeling and inventory controls, and may work part‑time or full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Manage Back of House team members.
• Assure food quality and execution.
• Maintain back kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Ability to manage others.
• Previous restaurant experience.
• Fluent reading and speaking of English.
• Dunkin' Donuts/Coffee shop/QSR experience a plus.
• Prior experience in roles such as baker, cook, line cook, restaurant crew member, team member, kitchen crew, BOH, or similar part‑time positions at Dunkin', Krispy Kreme, Chick‑fil‑A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, In‑N‑Out Burger.

Pay

Salary: $16.50 – $23.00 per hour.
