- Filling and rolling pastries
- Proofing croissants
- Baking pastries and breads
- Maintain quality standards of baked goods
- Follow baking techniques, routines, and recipes
- Learn all recipes and methods
- Maintain quality on their own
- Have attention to detail
- Follow detailed directions
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work at a fast pace
- Lift up to 20 lbs
