Baker

About the role

Baker is responsible for producing all bakery goods and other related products in an efficient manner within company policy; to ensure that the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store. Baker will follow the production list and prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day. Focus on delivering great customer service to secure store's financial success.

Responsibilities

• Produce bakery goods and other related products efficiently within company policy.
• Prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day according to the production list.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to contribute to the store's financial success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service or bakery position preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

• $16.90 to $23.00 per hour.
