About the role

We are looking for a Baker! We wouldn’t be much if we didn’t have our bagels, and a bagel is only as good as the person who bakes it! The baker is first in our hearts and the first ones in our bakeries. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM), turn on a podcast or their favorite band, and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels!

A day in the life of a Baker includes ensuring quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. We work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and keeping a safe and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)

Pay

Hourly rate: $14.57 - $21.86 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position.

Schedule

Early morning shifts starting as early as 3am. Stores close at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts.
