About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, our Bakers are the heart of our bakery, arriving early to bake fresh bagels daily. You’ll ensure quality products are available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assist with guest service, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. This role offers a unique work-life balance with stores closing at 2pm, so you’ll never miss important personal moments.

Responsibilities

• Bake fresh bagels daily, ensuring quality and availability for each shift.
• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case.
• Assist with order taking, sandwich making, and other guest service tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends, based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license is preferred (required at specific locations).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (reasonable accommodations may be made).
