About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we’ve been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. We believe our bakeries do more than just make the best breakfast in the neighborhood — we spread joy and happiness, and we’re committed to work‑life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 pm so you never miss a dance recital or a once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. We’re looking for a Baker who arrives early (as early as 3 AM) to turn on a podcast or favorite band and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case.
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required only at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications per company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
