About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries do more than just make the best breakfast in the neighborhood – we spread joy and happiness, and we are committed to work‑life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 PM so you never miss a dance recital or a once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. We are looking for a Baker who arrives early (as early as 3 AM), turns on a podcast or favorite band, and takes care of what makes us who we are – bagels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case.
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making.
• Take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early shifts (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check per applicable local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required at certain locations) and meet company driving qualifications.
