About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we bake bagels fresh daily since 1995. Our bakers arrive early (as early as 3 AM) to prepare bagels and pastries, ensuring quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. The role involves teamwork, guest service, sandwich making, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift
• Help with order taking and sandwich making
• Provide excellent guest service as part of a team
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
• Ensure quality product is available for guests

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Availability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
• Ability to pass applicable background checks (local, state, federal)
• Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required at specific locations) and meet company driving qualifications
