A Delight Of France in Escondido is seeking a full-time baker and pastry chef.

Responsibilities

• Open the bakery in the morning
• Bake a variety of products
• Prepare pastries
• Prepare custom orders
• Track and maintain inventories
• Clean and sanitize baking areas and equipment

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a commercial baker and pastry chef (preferred)
• Knowledge and ability to follow recipes
• Ability to mix various types of dough
• Experience using a dough sheeter and other commercial equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Available for early morning shifts and weekends
