About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness through various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Create and execute social media campaigns
- Engage with followers and respond to customer inquiries
- Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategy with overall business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
Qualifications
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
