Baker and Packager Associate

About the role

Prepare fresh baked items daily for members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness.

Responsibilities

• Help members with their bakery orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored according to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to build a strong bakery team.
• Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
• Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Ensure commitment to operational excellence by maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
• Apply the Open Door Policy and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Standing for long periods while assisting members.
• Experience in a similar role or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
