Baker and Packager Associate

About the role

Prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness. Assist members with their bakery orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs.
• Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Provides exceptional customer service to members.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Ensures operational excellence by maintaining quality and date control standards.
• Supports members with purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
