Baker and Packager Associate

About the role

Prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure freshness.

Help members with their bakery orders in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a member-ready environment.
• Provides exceptional customer service to members, answering any questions they may have.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
• Ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area standards, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and date control.
• Models high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and the club.
• Completes work assignments and prioritizes tasks by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
