Baker and Packager Associate

About the role

Prepare fresh baked items daily for members through following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. Assist members with their bakery orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs.
• Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Provides exceptional customer service to members across the club.
• Ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items.
• Eliminates waste and assists members with purchasing decisions.
• Executes the basics at highest possible level of quality.
• Models high quality service and products.
• Completes work assignments and priorities.
• Completes trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in other areas of the business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.
