About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role involves assisting guests with their shopping needs, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful check-out experience.
• Bag groceries according to procedures, ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the checkout area by keeping it clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communicate customer requests and feedback to the leadership team.
• Provide parcel pickup service.
• Support team goals by helping maintain standards and meeting quality expectations.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Skills

• Ability to read, count, and write accurately, and operate necessary equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Stand in place for long periods of time.
• Bend, stoop, and lift or push up to 20 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds intermittently.
• Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination.
• Work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions.

Work Schedule

The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual's availability.
