Baggage Handler BOS

Responsibilities

  • Assist airlines and passengers with their baggage
  • Work the late evening shift 8pm - 1am
  • Communicate with passengers and team members
  • Ensure all luggage is handled respectfully and with care
  • Safely transport oversized passenger luggage from the ticket counter to TSA for screening and processing
  • Assisting the airline ticket counter staff with the loading of passenger luggage onto the conveyer belt and spacing out luggage to prevent jams

Requirements

  • Friendly disposition to communicate with passengers clearly
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs
  • Ability to swiftly walk long distances for an extended period of time
  • Pass required airport background check
