Bad Faith Litigation Attorneys
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys to join its Pittsburgh office. This role focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage disputes, and insurance agents/brokers.
About the role
The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court, with opportunities for professional development, client interactions, and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation involving first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, and coverage disputes
- Navigate Pennsylvania bad faith law and insurance agents/brokers cases
- Represent clients in state and federal court
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (admission to New Jersey a plus)
- Trial experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Driven team player with a collaborative mindset
