About the role

We are seeking reliable and professional babysitters for backup care positions. You will be assigned shifts based on your availability and are expected to be dependable and responsive when scheduled. Must have weekday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to children in a home setting
• Follow family instructions and routines
• Arrive on time and remain professional at all times
• Communicate promptly regarding availability and scheduling

Requirements

• Must be available at least 3–4 weekdays (8 AM – 6 PM preferred)
• Must be open to occasional same-day or next-day shifts

This role is NOT a fit if you:

• Frequently cancel or miss shifts
• Are often late or unresponsive
• Are unsure of your weekly availability
• Are only looking for occasional or last-minute work

Pay

$14–$16 per hour plus a $20 weekly bonus for completing 4+ shifts.
