Backroom Team Associate
Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Employment type: Full-time. Available shifts: Opening, Morning.
About the role
Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, primarily working in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may include operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
