Backroom Team Associate
Pay
$16 - $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Schedule
Temporary position with opening or morning shifts available.
About the role
Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight, primarily working in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may involve operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
