Backhaul Coordinator
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: "Who We Are" (maybe not needed). "Job details: Backhaul Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm". So schedule is present: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. So we can include a Schedule section with that content.
Also "Summary" paragraph describing role. Could be under "About the role" maybe. The instruction says use h3 for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have About the role (summary), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Benefits (list). Also maybe Skills? The posting includes skills within qualifications; we can combine.
We should not include Pay because not mentioned. Benefits are listed: Health, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off; increases with years of service Generous Employee Discount on home furnishings Professional Development Opportunities Tuition Assistance Ashley Wellness Centers (location specific) 401(k) and Profit Sharing Life Insurance. So we can include Benefits.
We need to remove boilerplate: "Who We Are" maybe not needed but could be considered About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is company description. Could be placed under About the role? But the instruction says About the role heading for section headings. We could put company overview under About the role? Might be okay. However they said "do NOT repeat the job title as a heading". They didn't forbid company description. But we need to preserve substantive information. The "Who We Are" paragraph is substantive about company. Could be placed under About the role? Or maybe we could create a section "About the company"? Not in allowed list. But we could embed it in a
before sections. The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use h3 for section headings (e.g. those). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add extra headings like "Who We Are". Instead we can incorporate that info into a
before the sections, maybe as an introductory paragraph.
Similarly "Work Environment" description could be omitted? It's substantive but not in allowed headings. Could be placed under About the role? Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role? But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include Work Environment as a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay.
But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include the work environment details somewhere. Could add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "Work Environment" but not in allowed list; risk of being considered extra heading. Safer to include as a paragraph under About the role (or maybe under Responsibilities? No). We'll put after About the role heading a
that includes company description and work environment.
Now schedule: we have schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Provide under Schedule heading.
Responsibilities: many bullet points grouped under categories: Driver Coordination, Freight Acquisition, Load Matching & System Management, Vendor & Customer Communication, Rate Negotiation, Revenue Focus & Analysis, Operational Excellence. We can make a single
with - items each being a responsibility. Could also keep subheadings but not needed. We'll just list each bullet as
- .
Qualifications: list of required qualifications and additional preferred qualifications. We'll combine into a
under Qualifications heading.
Benefits: list as under Benefits heading.
We must not include fluff like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove "If you are a current Ashley employee: Please login to your UKG account and apply using the internal job board." That's application instruction, remove. Also remove "Interested in learning more about Ashley Furniture's Community Engagement programs, Environmental Stewardship, or our Core Values, click the links below:" and links. Also remove "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Notice to Search Firms:" etc. Also remove "Please note this position is not eligible for current or future employment sponsorship." etc.
