Backfill Operator

Previous construction experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Backfill the ditch properly after the pipe is laid
- Perform backfill in a safe manner as part of a crew
- Conduct operator-level maintenance on the machine
- Move trench boxes from the ditch
- Perform laborer functions as required
- Operate machinery for activities such as excavating, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final clean up
Requirements
- 2-5 years in construction experience
- Utility work experience preferred
- Firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance
- Must be willing to work overtime and travel
