Backend Software Engineer - AI Trainer

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, Programmer, or Backend Software Engineer is preferred.
