What You'll Be DoingComplete and evaluate complex backend engineering tasks using coding agents.Review model-generated code for correctness, quality, maintainability, and performanceIdentify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in generated outputs.Compare outputs from multiple models and assess strengths and weaknesses.Apply engineering judgment to real-world backend engineering scenarios. What We Re Looking ForStrong experience in backend engineering.Strong experience building APIs, distributed systems, microservices, backend platforms, or databases.Strong experience using coding agents and developer productivity tools.Ability to evaluate model-generated code and identify bugs, edge cases, and architectural tradeoffs.Strong experience working on large-scale production systems.
