About The Role

We are seeking a skilled .NET Core Developer with over three years of experience in controller-based API design, data management using ORM frameworks, reactive web development, and cross-platform development on Windows, macOS, and Linux distributions such as Fedora, CentOS, RHEL, and Ubuntu. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of core components of our platform, working across the technology stack with a primary focus on backend development. This role involves planning, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure, platform features, and client-facing applications. It is a hands-on position requiring a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions from inception to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET Core (version 8 or higher)
• Proficiency in designing and developing controller-based RESTful APIs using Fluent Builder workflows
• Experience with ORM frameworks, particularly Entity Framework, for efficient data management
• Knowledge of integrating APIs with web applications using Blazor WebAssembly and Blazor Hybrid
• Understanding of identity providers and token-based session management
• Familiarity with cross-platform development on Windows, macOS, and Linux distributions
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment with ambiguity
• Experience with version control, continuous integration, and deployment practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain controller-based APIs utilizing C# and .NET Core >=8
• Design, implement, and optimize data interactions using Entity Framework ORM
• Integrate backend API features with client-facing web applications through Blazor WASM and Blazor Hybrid frameworks
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with architects and designers to create, update, and migrate platform features
• Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability as the platform grows
• Contribute to technical decision-making and help establish best engineering practices
• Implement iterative improvements, troubleshoot issues, and refactor code for better efficiency
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process
