About the role
Fonzi is an AI recruiting company that connects backend engineers with 250+ pre‑vetted startups in NYC and San Francisco. After a 5‑minute application, the team learns what you’re building and what excites you, optimizes your profile, and shares it with hiring managers. Companies request interviews and submit competing salary bids directly to you. You only interview where you’re genuinely interested. The service is free, with an iMessage agent and human support available for scheduling and coordination.
