About the Opportunity:The BACKEND ENGINEER - AI PLATFORM AND CLOUD NATIVE SERVICES role focuses on developing and maintaining a scalable platform to manage and optimize AI-related costs and services. This position is critical for enabling secure, compliant, and efficient AI workload management across diverse ecosystems, contributing to the organization’s capability to support AI adoption at scale. Responsibilities:Design and develop backend platform functions based on product requirementsImplement scalable microservices using Java and Spring frameworksDesign business models and optimize data structures in collaboration with database teamsDiagnose and resolve platform issues using monitoring and debugging toolsOptimize platform performance including middleware components like RabbitMQ and RedisIntegrate AI and LLM workflows with enterprise applications, supporting REST/gRPC patterns Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experienceOver 5 years of experience in high-scale distributed systems and cloud-native developmentStrong Java programming skills including multithreading and performance optimizationExpertise with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Docker, Kafka, and KubernetesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern software architectures Pay Range and Compensation Package:The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 120,600–184,920 USD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
