Backend Developer – Go

The Backend Developer - Go is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

• Build cloud-native applications, Kubernetes controllers, and automation solutions to support scalable infrastructure.
• Develop and integrate gRPC and REST APIs with databases, messaging platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Optimize application performance, concurrency, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Implement automated testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD processes to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform debugging and performance tuning across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions, improve development practices, and maintain clear documentation.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices architectures and cloud-based platforms.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with expertise in Go, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka or NATS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and improving system reliability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with Kubernetes Operators, eBPF, service mesh technologies, or security-focused Go applications is a plus.
• Open-source contributions or experience with WASM/TinyGo is preferred.
