Clean tables

• Remove soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse
• Wipe table top and seats

Set up tables

• Follow established standards

Transport bus tubs

• Move filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area

Maintain cleanliness

• Side station
• All work areas

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Prior experience preferred
• Able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds
• Able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
• Able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications
