Requirements
- Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer matters with courtesy, dignity, and respect
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
Responsibilities
- Carry orders by hand or on a tray to the table and serve plates to customers
- Assist chefs with expediting orders, including assembly, garnishing, and inspecting dishes for quality and visual appeal
- Read food tickets, pick up plates, and organize them for delivery to tables
- Remove dirty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables and deliver them to the dishwashing station
- Notify the expediter of tables ready to be served
- Replenish stations with product and supplies including hot water, brewed coffee beans, tea, milk, utensils, plates, bread, butter, jellies, garnishes, and condiments
- Break down and clean work area, store perishable product, clean equipment and supplies, and restock to end-of-day par levels
