About the role
As a Specialist in Asset Protection for Global Supply Chain (GSC), you help ensure the safety and security of Gap Inc. distribution centers. You monitor access points, respond to incidents, and support investigations. You play a critical role in protecting people, property, and product while maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and access control systems to ensure secure operations.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Support investigations and maintain accurate incident reports.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and visitors on safety protocols.
- Operate surveillance and security systems in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with AP leadership to support daily operations and special projects.
Requirements
- Good understanding of safety and security procedures.
- Ability to respond to incidents and follow emergency protocols.
- Strong observational and documentation skills.
- Effective communicator with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems.

Pay
Hourly Range: $20.10 - $24.60 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
