Responsibilities

• Assisting servers, host/hostess and management in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to seating plan.
• Maintain light conversation and interaction with guests.
• Polishing silverware and glassware.
• Keeping service areas stocked at all times.
• Communicating with servers and fellow back servers to maintain organization and meet guest needs.
• Keeping glasses filled; removing each round of plates and replenishing utensils.
• Maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
• Always conducting oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Bottega Louie.
• Able to multi-task in a faced paced, high-pressure environment.
• Will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.

• Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended periods of time.

Benefits

• Beginning at $17.87/hr.
• Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act.
• The anticipated additional tip pool distributions may be in the range of $20.00 - 30.00/hr based on recent average sales data.
• 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap).

Pay

• Beginning at $17.87/hr.
