Summary Of Essential Job Functions
Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving
Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
Guide patients through the before and after treatment process
Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
Order dental supplies and manage inventory
Assist with training and development of back-office staff
Experience Required
3+ years as a Dental Assistant or 1+ years as a Back Office Manager

Salary: depending on experience
Bonus Pay: up to $600 additional per month
Schedule: On-site. Monday- Friday
