About the role

Piada Italian Street Food is looking for highly motivated Back of House Team Members for day, weekend, and evening positions. You’ll deliver thoughtfully prepared food and a great culinary experience to every Guest by cooking fresh, safe, delicious food to recipe specifications.

Responsibilities

• Give Guests an experience from the heart by thoughtfully cooking and preparing ingredients
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow your daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience
• Cross-train in multiple positions
• Assist with any additional duties assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils
• Able to work in hot or cold temperatures
• Able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment
• Must be able to clearly speak and articulate
• Able to lean, bend, and reach as necessary
