Back of House (BOH)

DESCRIPTION

BOH members are an integral part of the Toastique team. Their primary responsibilities include prepping, dishwashing, juicing, and assisting in various areas of the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepping and juicing according to the juice prep list every day while adhering to food safety guidelines
• Washing dishes and returning them to storage once cleaned
• Organizing deliveries using FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
• Managing tasks efficiently through time management
• Communicating with managers or shift leads when inventory is low
• Frequently checking trash levels and removing it when necessary
• Assisting with station preps as needed
• Monitoring the front of house (FOH) for cleanliness, restocking utensils, refilling water, and assisting on stations
• Checking restrooms frequently for cleanliness and addressing any issues promptly
• Knowing when to seek assistance if tasks become overwhelming

PAY

The position wage will range from $15 to $17 per hour based on past experience.
