About the role

Support the back-of-house operations of Worthy Girl by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and ensuring all processes align with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain back-of-house workspaces to Worthy Girl’s cleanliness and organization standards.
• Answer consignor and customer questions in person or by phone in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Identify items to be set aside for Live Sales and mannequins.
• Greet consignors, explain the consignment process, and review incoming items according to the Worthy Girl Seasonal Style Guide.
• Select items for consignment that meet the Seasonal Style Guide; reject those that do not and explain the reasoning.
• Review, research, enter, and price incoming inventory into the POS system following Worthy Girl’s pricing guidelines.
• Print and attach price tags to newly entered items per Worthy Girl standards.
• Send out inventory emails per Worthy Girl standards.
• Steam and prep items for the sales floor per Worthy Girl standards.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of fashion styles and brands (low-end to high-end).
• Strong understanding of pricing across retail, off-price retail, consignment, and resale platforms.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and item preparation.
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a busy environment.
• Professional presentation and demeanor at all times.
