BAC Associate

About the role

The BAC Associate is responsible for general BAC duties including assisting in the deli, aiding in the Youth Activity Center, monitoring health club cleanliness, and assisting BAC members as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Aid in deli responsibilities
• Aid in Youth Activity Center
• Maintain locker room cleanliness and check list
• Support member needs
• Assist with cleaning the fitness floor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Demonstrate competencies specific to the population served
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Positive and professional interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with heavier tasks
• Full attention to a personal computer or CRT for 40-70% of the time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (no longer required)
• English language proficiency at or above the 8th grade level
• Ability to communicate effectively with department staff and customers
