About the role

Part-time nanny needed to run school pickup for two children (kindergarten and 2nd grade) and drive them home. Afternoons involve approximately 3 hours of care, including outdoor play in a fenced yard with the family dog. The children enjoy reading and games.

Preferred schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, with flexibility available.

Responsibilities

• Pick up children from school (about 1 mile from home in West Ashley)
• Drive children home and supervise afternoon activities
• Engage with children in reading, games, and outdoor play
• Care for and interact positively with the family dog

Requirements

• Experience working with children
• Background check completed
• Verified college enrollment or graduation
• Love of working with children
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Passion for helping others
• Comfortable around dogs

Pay

$18 - $32 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses
