About the role
I'm a Care Specialist with Wellthy, an approved Wyndy partner, helping connect experienced sitters with families seeking childcare support. Upcoming Opportunity: Childcare needed: 2 children, ages 9 and 6. Location: Washington, DC 20017. The families we work with are working professionals looking for reliable, experienced sitters. These are childcare-focused roles only — no transportation, housekeeping, or other household responsibilities are required. If you're interested and available, simply respond to this posting! We'll review interested sitters and share profiles with the family. If the family would like to move forward, we'll connect you directly and help coordinate care details from there. It may take our team a day or two to review profiles and coordinate next steps, but we'll keep things moving as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities
- Care for 2 children, ages 9 and 6
- Provide childcare-focused support (no transportation, housekeeping, or other household responsibilities)
Requirements
- Experienced sitter
- Background checked
- Verified college enrollment
