Babysitter for Toddler

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for our 1-year-old daughter in New Orleans, LA. The position is for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Our daughter was sent home with hand, foot, and mouth disease. Although it is generally not a risk for adults, thorough hand washing is required as a precaution. She is feeling well, but cannot attend daycare.

Responsibilities

• Feed the child during the sitting period
• Bathe the child during the sitting period
• Ensure her safety, comfort, and well-being
• Practice thorough hand washing as a precaution due to hand, foot, and mouth disease

Requirements

• Comfortable around pets (dogs present in the home)
• No driving required
• Ability to follow hand‑washing precautions
