Baby Imaging Specialist
Job Summary
Cranial Technologies is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Cypress, TX. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, love providing outstanding customer service, are tech-savvy, and love babies.
About the Role
We are the leading provider of pediatric cranial shaping orthoses and EarWell® treatments for infant ear shapes. Our Baby Imaging Specialists play a crucial role in capturing detailed 3D images of babies using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
- Work as a team to complete a 360° image for each baby using DSi®
- Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
- Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
- Enter and process patient information in Intergy
- Perform medical office duties such as answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients
Requirements
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in childcare, teaching, high-end retail customer service, or medical imaging
- Physical requirements: able to squat, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and move quickly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with medical imaging equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay and Schedule
The starting pay rate is $18.50 - $19.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months based on performance and tenure.
