Baby Imaging Specialist

About the role

Cranial Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic, hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist in Pleasant Grove, UT. We look for candidates who love providing outstanding customer service, are tech savvy, and have a passion for babies. Prior experience in childcare, education, high-end retail, or medical imaging is a plus, but we provide training on our unique processes for those with strong problem-solving skills and a “can do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
• Work as a team to complete a three-dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Serve as the point person to calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of the DSi® imaging equipment
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy
• Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients

• Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Capability to juggle multiple duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority
• Experience caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to squat and bend
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be able to position and handle patients to ensure DSi® images are captured
• Must be able to move at a fast pace

Pay

Position starts at $17.50 – $18.00 per hour with the opportunity to increase pay in 3–6 months as part of a performance- and tenure-based levels program.
